Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Parenting Decision Lab is a free live workshop.
Where does it take place?
Online, on Zoom. Once you register, you'll receive the link to join.
Who is this for?
Parents and caregivers who want to respond to hard moments with love-based, attachment-focused, and trauma-responsive decisions.
How does it work?
Through discussion and real-life decision-making scenarios. The training places you inside realistic family situations and asks: what would you do in this moment?
What are Positive, Tolerable, and Toxic Stress?
It's the Harvard Center on the Developing Child's framework for stress. You'll learn to recognize when a child is experiencing manageable stress, significant stress that requires adult buffering, or prolonged stress that may overwhelm the developing nervous system.
What would you do in this moment? Let's practice it together.
